Elke beslissing hangt samen&lt;br /&gt;met beslissingen op een ander levensvlak. Toch is duidelijk dat er&lt;br /&gt;een beslissing genomen moet worden. Op dat moment probeer je&lt;br /&gt;een wijs besluit te nemen. Alle voor- en nadelen op een rijtje zetten.&lt;br /&gt;En dan blijkt dat er geen verstandig besluit bestaat. Aan elk besluit&lt;br /&gt;kleeft een nadeel.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#993300;"&gt;Om de cirkel te doorbreken, moet je blij zijn met een besluit. Ook als&lt;br /&gt;dat besluit vooraf met nadelen gepaard lijkt te gaan. Door het besluit&lt;br /&gt;ontstaat er weer beweging. Door de beweging gaan er weer nieuwe&lt;br /&gt;deuren open.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#993300;"&gt;Een besluit nemen dat in eerste instantie met veel nadelen gepaard&lt;br /&gt;gaat, vraagt moed. Onthoud daarbij dat geen besluit nemen ook een&lt;br /&gt;besluit is waaraan&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt; &lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#993300;"&gt;nadelen kleven.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#993300;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#993300;"&gt;Met een besluit geef jij weer richting.&lt;br /&gt;Besluiteloosheid geeft de macht om te besluiten aan anderen.&lt;br /&gt;Het effect is dat je geloof in eigen kracht minder wordt.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#993300;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:78%;"&gt;(uit Coachingkalender 2008 - M.Lingsma &amp;amp; We kiezen voor de concrete en directe aanpak. Aangezien mensen in hun rol als werknemer deel uitmaken van een proces is dit de basis van waaruit we vertrekken. Het bedrijf is de omgeving waar het heel belangrijk is dat iedereen er zich goed in zijn vel voelt. Wanneer men gemotiveerd zijn job kan doen is het rendement zowel voor het individu als voor het bedrijf optimaal.
